Job Description:
Execute service level agreement process; monthly finished goods safety stock process; and various inventory reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
• Execute weekly service level agreement process
o Based on masterdata changes, re-calculate service level min and max inventory levels.
o Ensure new targets are updated in SAP.
• Execute monthly finished goods safety stock process
o Extract data from SAP and Rapid Response. Ensure data extracts are complete
o Perform checks on lead-time calculations and submit help desk tickets for any errors
o Troubleshoot any issues reported by sites in validating lead-times
o Upload lead-time and demand data in RapidResponse and re-calculate safety stocks
o Based on inputs from sites and supply planners and in accordance with business rules update and maintain overrides to safety stocks
o Troubleshoot any issues reported by supply planners in reviewing and releasing safety stocks
o Analyzed data and report on process performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Undergraduate Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
Experience / Knowledge Desired:
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Production Planning experience for a reputed, global Pharmaceutical or Consumer Product company
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC v6 MM, PP, and PP/PI modules
• Experience with RapidResponse and SpotFire a plus

• Strong presentation and communication skills both, oral and written
