Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Percentage of Time )
Responsible for the review of all new Direct/Indirect customer set ups in Revitas CARS and maintenance of member eligibility. Ensure Classes of Trade is accurate and available by customer and geographic area for downstream reporting for internal analytics for Sales Segment reporting to achieve sales targets and comply with Government Pricing requirements. 15%
Responsible for collaborating with the Contracts, Pricing and Rebates group to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of brand/generic rebates in CARS. 20%
Perform audits on Brand Limited contracts to ensure compliance with Class of Trade guidelines to achieve brand sales goals. Review of Audits on the FSS and PHS contracts to comply with Government Pricing standards. 20%
Provide sales analytics on customers and classes of trade for Sales Segment reporting to support management in achievement of brand/generic sales targets. Collaborate with the Customer Administration Audit team on audit and analytics review of indirect customer analysis. 20%
Act as a lead SME for system testing and implement membership and contracting process improvement changes. Responsible for documentation and testing of these procedures. Also responsible for training team members on process changes. 15%
Responsible for supporting manager with back up responsibilities as well as any other duties or projects as assigned or business needs required. 10%
Position Requirements:
Education Required: High school diploma or GED required.
Education Preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience Required: 2+ years’ experience in a corporate or pharmaceutical setting in functions such as Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, Memberships/Chargebacks or performing analysis in a corporate environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience Preferred: #### industry experience
Specialized or Technical Knowledge, License, Certifications needed: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required; Revitas CARS, Oracle, Business Intelligence, Oracle Discoverer, Essbase preferred.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
